papa has six months to live.
my 21st birthday is in six months.
I used to look forward to it.
now,
it's the last thing i want to happen.

some people are just not meant to die before their time.

I know its hard to see in the moment, but he has led a long and successful life.

he has had a wonderful family. he has seen his kids grow up, and his kids kids grow up.

so keep your chin up, and remember that you will be reunited one day with him.

a loss in the family is never easy, loosing my grandma was the most difficult time for me.

but remember papa for what he was, and the memories that you shared.

thats what got me through loss.
