I love it when Georgia Tech sends out surveys with answer blocks. I forgot the exact question, but it was something like this.

How could the academic environment be improved at GT?

I think a lot of academic pressure could be relieved by reducing the number of douche bags that come to this school. Those kids are just general pricks to everyone.

did they ask anything about the library or oit services?

haha, no. but if they did, I would probably say something similar to the above. actually, they asked if there was a place on campus that you enjoy studying and I had to put the library. it's by far the most conducive study environment.
