I woke up this morning... on time to go to my German class. I talked to my professor about not being there for the last month and how I bombed my test and all that jazz. She took it pretty well and when she asked my why I was having a hard time I mentioned my band and she melted in my hands asking me about it. THAT'S REAL ULTIMATE POWER

hahaha... i did not "flip out", i merely felt oppressed and taken advantage of, so i passed my own 13th amendment. that's all, nothing more... so those manager types of starbucks should realize that.

Yeah, but I need to fill out the paperwork so that it's actually legal for them to use our stuff. Maybe next year CMF will get smart and have it so that if you submit the song then you automatically agree to their terms. I mean, it's not like their terms are anything more than "people can use your music in their homemade movies."
