I've been watching American horror story. It may be a little bit addictive.
It really is a rather interesting thing that has been done. Each series is it's own capsule story taking on the different stories of the horror genre.( There may be spoilers here, but I'm going to keep it to a minimum ) -

I am not actually sure whether or not I woke up in the midde of the night becase I was cold or if I dreamed it. I was toasty warm when I went to sleep and woke up. I've turned into some kind of mystical supervillain. I've had enough and the world just doesn't live up to expectation and doesn't do what it says on the tin. "Whats my motivation?" I hear you ask. Stepladders, spiders and the perils of the yuppie flat.
Today is a dark day. Not least because the lights in my hallway are out. Since my hallway has no windows and the bulbs appear to have died I might actually need a to change them. Since I'm not studying for a while, thie has left me with free time. I plan to pursue the idea that I can make my own kit. My mother has taken up helping with a certain amount of Gusto, and the long term lend of an overlocker. (It looks like a medieval torture device...) I am vindicated. Mother is doing what I did. She is pretty much sighing, poking the dress and calling it a "naughty naughty dress which will be taken outside and burned if it doesn't play nicely". So, I've had a week of not studying, I've gloried in being able to black out on the sofa when I get home and not having to crack on with something. I've had a mildly debauched weekned with Zoe, Dylan and Ruth. Now I am unaccountably bored ( Read more... )
