I pay big bucks for lots o' internet. I get what I pay for. Except on those really relatively few times when I don't. Yesterday, I was watching TV - Britbox - and no internet. WTF? It's been so long since I've had an outage, it took me a minute to figure out why the interrogation of the suspect was so abruptly interrupted. Plot twist

My bestie used to work at a pizza place and he said super Sunday was always really busy. That, New Year's Eve and Halloween. People always want pizza and he got the biggest tips those days too.

Omg that is just too funny. Id love to have been at that committee meeting going through a list of programs and discussing which were not suitable for an American audience.

We have a huge range of accents for the size of our population and some take a while to get your ear in. Our sense of humour is subtle sometimes .

Look to see if the film 'to walk invisible ' is there thats a beautiful dramatisation of the life of the Bronte sisters. Gentleman Jack is also amusing.
