It's such a strange trick of fate to find that you are really good at something you don't care about in the slightest. Kind of makes you wonder how amazing you'd be if you actually enjoyed what you were doing. I sometimes think it's easier to be good at things that you don't really care about, cause you have that "fuck it" attitude about it. You don't psyche yourself out the way you do with things that you care about much more.

I think we can have that relaxed attitude about the things we love too, so long as we have balance. No job is worth killing yourself for, but it's hard to remember that if I'm unbalanced. If I go to an audition with the idea that great things will happen to me regardless of whether the people judging me like me or not, I do much better. Usually, I'm better in all aspects of my life when I'm surrounded by love. As corny as that sounds. . .

Hey. I have a question. Are you driving up to the wedding? I think Jenn is still looking for a way to get there (due to lack of paying work and such). I was wondering if Philly might be kind of on your way up the east coast?

I'll see you in about three weeks, anyway :) Can you believe that it's actually been over three years since you guys left 13WW? Doesn't seem that long ago that everybody was sitting around in the living room watching the Simpsons over dinner.

hey tim.

i'm planning on driving, yes. i'm not sure of my route yet. my dad's in the hospital in illinois, and i'm here with him, so everything else has been pushed to the side for a bit. let jenn know that if philly is on my way, i'm more than happy to take her.
