of Southbeach is very easy, and I don't get hungry - what I do get is bored, trying to come up with new veggies to eat. For the most part green veggies, yellow squash,some tomato, some pepper and Cauliflower is ok, along with salad stuff. No corn, green peas or fruit yet.
