Spent most of today getting back in order before I go to work tomorrow. Went to work last night. Had 2 glasses of wine and no food all day so I got a bit silly. 2 glasses do not usually affect me at all, but no food sure does it, I guess. Yay for collards and black eyed peas! :) I am not making resolutions this year. I never keep them anyway. I don't just need to loose weight, I have to. My bad knee (remember..way back when) is bone on bone at this point I am afraid and I need to get some weight off to help with that. Getting old sucks!

Check out south beach. For the most part, it's pretty easy and yummy. no white stuff and no sugar. After the first two weeks, you start adding wheat bread/tortillas/brown rice/whole wheat pasta and a sweet potato occasionally. It's a lot less fat than adkins, and you do get to eat starches and carbs, just healthy ones. I know you can do it. You're good at sticking to stuff when you get the motivation. I've kept off 25-30 pounds for 2 years now. Let me know if you want to check it out......more collards and black eyed peas for me tonight!!!
