Cant believe it is almost the first of the week again. I worked yesterday, then spent a long time primping and pampering for a real date night. Even got the eyebrows done! quiet weekend so far. Cleaned house and did chores all day yesterday. chris had a ballgame and finally did not gave to go in to work for the first time in 23 days, so he went home after the game and slept. So it was a hard week. First of all. They yummy steaks are in the freezer, chris had lightning hit one of their remote offices. So I'm home tonight thankful that it is Friday, as work is crazy! But I've gotten to see Chris 3 times this week and we talked on the phone for 3 solid hours Sunday night. so tonight, I'm cleaning - like deep cleaning. not much new this week. been trying to diet a little more closely. More importantly working out a little more. My general manager had his last day at work on Friday so we all went to his house for a party. You know, I'm old. So didn't get to the beach. Chris got to sleep Sat morning at 4am. just to let ya'll know........Katy had a little boy last night - 7 pounds 11 oz. Carter McEwen Slater. He's doing great and they'll go home tomorrow mornign. Can you imagine how big he woulda been if she went til July 7?

Update on life this week. Monday was Topsail, nice and quiet, much needed. Tuesday, I was in Charlotte for client meetings - dinner was good, as were the martini's.
