I like tofu when I order it out, but have never been successful at making it myself. Ooo! Great Idea. I think I'll put some water out now and put some ice in the sensory table tomorrow. Thanks!
Fried tofu pretty much has to be deepfried. In a skillet it's just too delicate to scrape around. even the firm stuff. It is, however, tasty when deep fried with lots of seasoning and a sauce on top.
