Oldness of the old kind

It must be that, because last night I went with Phillip (a guy I work with) for a "couple" of beers and chit-chat.  Well, no need to say really but as you can guess I was more than a bit pished and today I'm feeling rough as anything.  Of course me being pissed up meant Oana was pissed off, and so didn't make me the usual sandwiches to take to work

i'll be able to post up some fitness related stuff soon once i get net access again, assuming your going to make some efforts in that direction soon in new year?

Aye, come the new year I intend to make quite a few changes. We'll be in the new apartment with the baby not long after, and it's more than past time that I should become healthier and attain at least a moderate level of fitness.

I've also been SERIOUSLY more than considering the possibility of stopping smoking, we'll see how that one pans out, but I'm not making it a resolution or anything, just something I might do next year too.
