No signs of ever being able to swallow without conscious effort.

At least my tonsils are not as huge or as strange looking as they were 14 days ago. I looked in the mirror, cried, and called my mom. Some things will never change; she always knows the right thing to say to me... when I'm sick anyways.

Well, I finally got around to applying for my adoption information. I had been tiptoeing around the idea for the past four years. I grabbed the mail as I was heading off to work, and couldn't resist immediately opening my letter from the Ministry of Health Services.
