It is official, for the past 2-3 weeks, I've decided to cut back on fast foods and work out from time to time with basketball and moving around a lot...and the results is: I have lost 12 pounds...I use to be 167 lbs. and had a gut...now I am 155 (same weight when I first went out with Rae) and the gut is gone... Now I want to be 150 or maybe stay
