My grandmother passed away this morning. I found out Thursday that she had been admitted to the hospital with kidney, liver and heart failure. I was basically told to expect the worst, so I arranged to visit her this week. I didn't make it in time, but at least my mom and dad did ( Read more... ) -

Paige-ing Malachi & Arabelle

Running For My Life: Week 2 Redo, Day 2
It was a beautiful Friday for a run! At first, it wasn't, but when I was warming up, the sun peeked its head out of the clouds. I felt really good during this run. Running For My Life: Where was I again?
I was just about to go running when I double checked the webpage with the Couch to 5K program, only to discover I did week 2 WRONG. 90 second of running with *TWO* minutes walking.
