I have heard that working out is mostly mental I agree. I would say at least 90% mental. I say this because I am an EXPERT at finding ways to talk myself out of working out. Tonight was another night of meditation at the Shambhala Center with Earl. I was pushing it today, as I worked until 5:30 and had a tough time getting out on time, just a busy day with training and such. I decided to go ahead and go to the gym and take class(es) until 6:30. It's been a nice, cool weekend. Yesterday was pretty sunny, and I wanted to be outside, but I spent much of my day at Emancipe+. I am really enjoying the work that I do there. Note to Dog
I saw in the LJ frontpage a community called note_to_cat and immediately had to follow. I could only imagine some of the humor a cat owner like myself would find there. Of course I didn't think of some of the heart breaking things I would read..letters to kitties that have passed, some laced with great, heartfelt memories and others with regrets. ( Read more... )
