Today I officialy joined the Peterborough division of St. Johns Ambulance. I go in tomorrow to get my uniform and my codes and to pick the events I want to provide 1st aid at. Im very excitted because they dont have much Emergency first responders so I will get to go to a lot of good events including the Pete's games and concerts.

Wow I have just been offered the most amazing opportunity yet again. This friday I get to spend a day in the OR at PRHC. IM so happy and excited. In the past week I have yet again experianced that wonderful world of Trent Nursing. I took one of my 300 level nursing courses over the summer to try and lighten my load for next year and finally finished on Tuesday last week after writing my exam online....or so I thought. It seems that it has yet again been a while since I have updated. I am not longer obsessed with live journal and rarely check it but alas it seems many others do so here I go. This past week has been one of pain and frustrations but im happy to say that the end is in site. On May 26th I got my tonsiles removed after two years of chronic throat infectections and tonsilitis. The operation went fine with no complecations although it took me longer to wake up the others. My mom drove me home that night from Peterborough to ( Read more... )

So the year has finally come to an end. I have survived my second year of university which I didn't think would happen. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and even more.
