That's quite a twist in the legs necessary for that position... I dare say the standing man's left leg should be at more of an upwards/sidewards/outwards angle with him expressing minimal weight upon it, for that position to work reliably long enough to be enjoyable...

Yeah, there are some pretty funky anatomical issues going on there. I was kind of thinking that there probably wasn't a way to make that position work well, but I suppose it helps when you have boneless legs.
