You cannot stop Michael and I from meeting, or from pursuing whatever type of relationship we choose, no matter how threatening or persistent you are. You have vehemently opposed this from the very beginning, which you made very clear, and when I shut you down, you moved on to bullying him about it. I do not know why you are doing this, nor do I care. A true friend would not be working to undermine us, would not exploit our respective moments of vulnerability to drive us apart. We are both adults, and it is truly none of your business.

I cannot speak for Michael, but if you cannot accept our relationship, however it progresses, if you feel the need and right to continue to interfere, you cannot be a part of my life.

I thought this was beautiful, Dawn. Very dark and sensual (in every meaning of the word) and it reminded me of how happy I am that the rain is FINALLY back. Huzzah for the dark, damp, mouldering Pacific Northwest! *does happy dance in a rain puddle*
