I picked up two workout dvds at target over the weekend. They were $7 each. One has a 52 min "bootcamp" workout, the other has four 10 min kickboxing workouts, each with a different emphasis. I think my goal will be to do each ten min workout this week and the 52 min one once over the weekend. I know, it's little, it's not enough, blah, blah, blah
