well, i've been working out like a madman everyday for like a week and a half or 2 weeks. i haven't had any wine in 2 weeks. i've barely had carbs in 2 weeks, and i've drank over 8 glasses of water per day. i've started sleeping more, limited my caffeine intake, watched my food, and curbed eating after 8 for the most part. i drink a lot of tea. i
