what would be better...
to double major (international business + japanese)
or
major in international business and minor in both japanese and chinese?

i can't decide! haha any opinions? ;p

I say double major as it'll sound better when applying for jobs. Minoring is only half as many classes (here, at least) as majoring so majoring means that you've had a lot more experience with the language.

yeah, i think it might look better when applying but in reality, i am goin to be done with the highest japanese level offered at bu by the end of sophomore year so the rest of the time i would just be taking jp literature classes (in english because it's not offered in japanese).

and for now i am plannin on applying to bu's business graduate school because they have a program where i would study for half the time in japan/china.

ahh thanks for the advice though ill try to ask around now and see how the chinese program is here

yeah the highest class in japanese is 4th year semester 2 :(

Hey, I'm gonna study Latin next year. After that, as junior, I might take Latin 201-202 and Greek 101-102. Do you have any tips on learning two languages at once? Should I undertake it?

ねえ!来年ミドルベリー大学の日本語5夏学校に来て、ね。私も来るかもしれないから。一緒に住んだら、バモント州が楽しくなるでしょう。ちょっと高いのでFinancial Aidがほしかったら、秋学期にもし込んでね!
