In Marseille, after that day at the beach I was whisked away to our friend Constance's family's cottage in les Calanques (these rocky mountains/hills off the coast). Her cottage is amoung a few others way at the bottom between two cliffs right off the beach in a cove. It was amazing. We just laid in the sun, swam, snorkelled ate and girl chatted. But on the plus side, Ben and Corinne treated me to creme brulee at Publicisdrugstore, this ridiculously trendy concept store/bar/restaurant thing on the Champs Elysée. Amoungst the sea of Von Dutch t-shirts, we so didnt belong. That was the best part.

Book reading today was great. The theme was comic verse. So people read their cutesy, charming, witty poems. Then at the end Mr. John was like "Before we conclude, would anyone like to read anything else?
