Trying to communicate can be frustrating. It's at least a two person task.

I feel like breaking things.

Positive things happen to positive people.
This truthism has mixed results.

A negitive emotional state will always prevent rational thought, regardless of how positive that thought may be. It also belays any possible positive communication.
