Slowly plodding my way through my revision -- I've finished the first section of PGG and AIDs, but I've yet to start physiology or chemistry, sigh. Well, I haven't updated in about a million years so I though I probably should as I've got a few things to talk about.

Sunday 12th July
Today I tried out the 8 minute program (run 2 of the week 5 runs) in the following pattern:
5 minute warm-up
Run for 8 minutes
Quick-walk for 5 minutes
Run for 8 minutes
5 minute cool-down

Well, that's over and done with!
Phew. I received my results yesterday (I get them earlier than most people as I studied the International Baccalaureate rather than A levels) and I managed to get the grades I needed to go to my first choice university (Warwick) where I'm going to study Biology for at least the next three years.
