I'm getting my blood pressure checked on Friday. High blood pressure runs in my family. Since I've been gaining weight I've been feeling the symptoms more and more. Rapid heart and pulse rate, head aches, and I'm always tired and out of breath. I'm thinking that the doctor's going to start me on medication for it. I'm so embarrassed for her to see
