I seem to be getting into better shape

I've definitely got into the habit of doing those sword exercises every morning. And I now get why low-carb people like snowgrouse are so obsessive about making sure they check all the percentages of what's on ingredient labels, to work out where to stop at the daily limit of carbs ( Read more... ) -

13th anniversary
Today is David's and my 13th wedding anniversary. I feel sure there should be a Goth ceremony or something for this occasions.
