Julianna: As a consequence of accidentally getting hooked on TGW fanfic, JM becomes an avid Kalicia shipper and demands that TPTB make it happen in canon RIGHT NOW.

Seriously! I think we should all be required to give a version for this prompt. A kind of Kalicia entrance exam...

I am in favor of this. :D Like an encore shoutout that will (hopefully) shatter the eardrums of the Kings, the cast and especially JM!

I hope this entry doesn't get called spam. but it's too long for comments.

Here's my attempt at this prompt. Warning! It's rough and unpolished, but I wanted to try for the deadline...

This is frighteningly good. I love EVERYTHING about it-- from the fic choices that you've made to interplay between the RPs . Most especially the parallel between the unfinished FF and the dropping of the A/K storyline, and working in the video, all of it building up into the inescapable conclusion that Jules (finally) gets.

You have made her quite sympathetic this time, whilst still maintaining your trademark dry humor throughout.

If your kids get stories half as good as this one, they are lucky larvae indeed-- thanks for taking time out to put this together for *us*.

Thank you so much for this lovely comment! It's made my rather sleep-deprived morning :-)

It was nice to write a sympathetic fictional Jules for a change rather than venting my spleen upon her poor fictional self.

Lastly, if my boys are larvae, does that mean they'll grow out of being grubs? ;-)

I think the grub stage passes far too quickly (every stage does, really). Although, in the moment I remember some things feeling endless. My 14 year old, who is a head taller than me now and off with my parents for the summer is definitely past the grub stage. I miss him terribly! (both his present self and his long-gone grub self).

On the positive side, it does leave more time for ficathons and such, once they are out and about.

It`s really GREAT! I love how you worked in the stories and the video. And Jules frustration of the unfinished story finally giving her a push in the right direction... And and and the sweet and professional Archie helping Elle... Oh and Elle sending the... Ahhh well, just the whole story really! LOL Yes, I LOVED IT! (obvious much? LOL)

Awww, thank you! Glad you enjoyed this alternate take on the same prompt. I do enjoy writing RPF even while simultaneously feeling guilty as hell.
