"Popular" country music, with very few exceptions, is just a bunch of no-talent assclowns with stylists and connections.
Also, I have three pairs of socks on, and my feet are STILL cold. Guess regimental was right; I DO have poor circulation.
I need to get to bed, I R ILL. -
I did it!
I was up at 5:05, and at the gym on the treadmill by 5:30. I did 1.5 miles in 28 minutes, speed averaged 3.6MPH with an incline of 2.5. Not too shabby considering the last time I was in the gym was in February!
I didn't have time to do any weights, so I will make an effort tomorrow morning to get out of the house faster.
Still, I have to say...GO -
