This might be irrational, even down right, borderline, bad-girlfriend crazy but every time he mentions something that happened while he was with his ex he says “we”. And every single time, those two tiny letters (which have such a massive connotation) make my skin crawl. It’s jealousy. That I’m sure of. I saw my father in the mall today... I turned around and went the other way. Without a word.
I think I've given up. -

Why does everyone else seem to get whatever they want, whenever they want it? It doesn’t seem fair at all that I’m always stuck waiting and scrimping by. “It’ll all work out” seems like such a cold comfort when you’re trying to pull and hold things together.

seeing my father always makes me feel like shit.
And I have reason to suspect that the woman he's seeing now has kids of her own. (Nothing like random paraphernalia in the car, and the fact that he had plans for Father's Day...) Nothing like being replaced, twice over. -

Okay. So my father admitted that he didn't have time for, or interest in me. great. He suggested getting together... but instead he just ignored my email until I caved and asked him, yet again, what was going on. yeah... this makes me feel great. Good to know I'm so damned important. -

The memories of A are fading, and it’s breaking my heart. Almost as much as being able to remember them.

At the risk of sounding like a jealous nutcase: I really, really really hate it when his EX-wife "likes" and comments on every fucking thing he posts on facebook. The moment he puts it up there, her name pops up afterward. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I feel a little like my heart is being broken all over again, which is insane. My mind is just wandering and rehashing things that should be long forgotten. I wonder if this is a reaction to moving on and moving forward - with such a big step ahead of me, how could I not be terrified that the past would repeat itself on me?
