I noticed that the problems are mainly related to Korea this year... Hmmm.

Haha, and here I was hoping that November will be a peaceful month. .___.;;

I said once that I won't let personal rants into this LJ account again, but seeing as how the other is currently under hiatus, and this IS my journal anyway, so.

PEOPLE, DEAL WITH IT ALREADY. THANKS. )

Thank your for putting all of that into words, and opening it to so many people! Everything you said=100% true. People need to get that through their heads.

I agree with you, it's a tradition that is marvelous, and there's no reason why it needs to leave. It's wonderful for what it stands for and it is different. There's nothing similar about them. I'm listening to all four versions right now, and people keep asking me why I'm listening to the same song over and over, and I tell them, I'm not. They aren't the same song. ^^

I totally agree! It's a lovely tradition, and it's yet another thing that makes him unique. I certainly can't think of another singer who's done anything like it... I love the way he likes to play with and rearrange his songs, even on Sixth Day they're all noticeably different. It's not like he's just taking the same recording and sticking it on the disc again each year, even with the Japanese version...

I was thinking that maybe he should have done an orchestral sort of instrumental version of it this year (Like on the Seki Ray single, that was really pretty), if he wasn't up to doing another language, but I guess if he likes to sing it that much that would ruin the point of doing it again ^_^;

Gotta love how he says that the languages he knows are "limited" O_O And I guess that means he is going to do it in French at some point... Do you know where I could get translations of the Chinese and Korean versions? It's just occurred to me that I actually haven't got any and I would really like to see how they're different lyrically...

It's funny... I was just listening to that song and your post pops up. We're linked, Imee dear!!

Fake fans make me angry... if you dont like what at artist does, stfu and get over him. STop dissing people when they put SO MUCH effort and time into creating gorgeous things. Stupid people who can't get simple things like the idea behind this song and its annual release.... low minded jealous human waste. Maaaaaaan. Anger.

*breathes*

Sorry for ranting on your LJ, Imee. But I'm senstive to ungrateful attacks like these.

well you said it all, I don't need to add a thing, I agree completley!

well cept... XD
when a painter paints the same view over and over in different lights at different times of day no one complains that they are doing the same thing over and over because it's art!
and thats exactly what Gackt is doing with 12Gatsu no Love Song, but instead of light he paints with sound, it's still art and he's exploring it like any good artist would want to!

I feel privalaged that he wants to share them all with us!
