Gackt gets lots of attention naturally, which is good cuz he likes it. I get lots of attention naturally, which is awfull cuz I hate it! lol... thus I've always been amused at how he is in the spotlight. Like I replied to tarogirl, I stopped saying it cuz I dont want ppl to think he is greedy.
Anyone who can act, sing, perform etc... amazes me, cuz Im a nervous twitching fidgetty wreck when put on the spot. And Gackt is Mr. Poker face. XD

OMG me and my brother were talking about Gackt last night about his music. My brother said Gackt can't make a living from music forever. I can't believe Gackt knows thatO__O. This interview can be the subject of a long, long discussion XD But to sum it up:

..it is the way we look back, reflect and introspect.That is so true. We use the mistakes from our past as a tool for self-improvement, and then we let it go, because if we are too harsh on ourselves, we can never be as successful as we can be. Only when we acknowledged our own imperfections and strengths can we be more successful, because we know ourselves better, develop our strengths further, and take more care in not making a mistake. And this acknowledgement can only come with much introspection, looking inside yourself. I love this, this is a wonderful practice. ;3

Nice. I love your description! :D Do you mind if I point the other readers down to your comment? I think a few people have difficulty understanding that concept, and I thought you explained it beautifully. Better than mine anyway. XD Yeah, it all goes back to ourselves, it always does. :3 It's not easy to even acknowledge our mistakes, but to learn from it and derive something out of it is even harder, I think. It takes a lot of introspection and self-awareness.

But just to add to that: I think that with learning from our past and being introspective, it is just as important to leave the mistakes behind us. I think this is what Gackt is saying too.....? Because, of all the people in this world, the one we are most critical of is OURSELVES. When we make a mistake, we tend not to forgive ourselves so easily; but this is not good, because this stresses us out and we cannot move forward. We have to gather our courage and say,"Man I screwed up bad! But I will remember this and never let it happen again. And now it's time to put it behind me." <- this, I think, is easier said than done 99% of the time, and it also takes a long time. Definitely takes a STRONG character and mindset to do this. Like Gackt. XD
