I've never had a job (a 'real job') where I could UPDATE A LIVEJOURNAL from work. So much furtive glancing! I don't think I'll be doing it much.

Nevertheless, here's an interview with crossword man Will Shortz spurred by crossword nerd buzz about the crossword documentary 'Wordplay'. He mentions the Indigo Girls several times

Bear in mind, my idea of a 'real' job before was just anything done without coming home smelling like meat or fish. I am a student assistant in training to a computer guy for a certain sect of offices at my school, aka I am Less Competent Computer Guy. It now seems that a job is only real if you THINK it is!

Oh man! What is it?? I have lots of time after work and relatively little familiarity with the Disney Channel.

Well, I watched a bit of 'Falcon Beach' and Rick's character seemed to wear the same shirt and shorts every day. I like how he is always shortchanged somehow, either with only one costume or with a mother who mysteriously changes ethnicities.
