Skating through May...................

Well the end of May is almost here so my monthly blog is due. And what a month its been! Most of you who read this will already know that on May 10th, up at Deeside, I finally passed my level 2 compulsory dance test. For my US friends, thats Dutch Waltz and Canasta tango. I cannot tell you how how happy I was - and still am, to pass that test. I

Geez, what an entry. I'm especially impressed with your turns (rockers). I truly only have one, which is the RFO rocker. Haven't even tried a LFO. Backward choctaw?! Yikes. I doubt I could even skate with you, J. You are far beyone me in most of the more difficult turns! Good for you. (I had to pull my old insoles out, too and use them in my current boots......)

J, being taught them and being able to do them are two completely different creatures!!! I'm enjoying the learning process. just a shame I can't actually skate these things rather than just doing them from a standstill-badly at that! LOL and, as I only just passed DW and CT I think you would skate ALL OVER me! I can do a LFO rocker quite well so between us we would have the pair????? lmao! xxxxx
