Sometimes it's a good thing, letting the what could be's slip away, so long as you're happy with what actually happens.

Like you said, let passion lead the way. It's the only way to live: your head is too analytical, if you think about it too much you hesitate and life drifts by; if you let your heart lead the way, then you know you lived knowing that you were happy with your choices.
