"So you guys didn't get to leave as friends, huh?" Mike says.
"Naw man! I was all ready to go and I didn't get to go! Now I'm all worked up. I don't know what to do today."
"Well, I could go outside with you."
*incredulous grin* "Really?"
Mike says "Well, I'm not much of a fighter, but I could run around and you could chase me."
"Hahahahahah!"
"Y'know, just until you get tired. Or you could throw things at me if you want."
"Awesome. Thanks man."
"Hey anytime."
comic relief might've rounded out that story a bit better. bless mike

i never did run the stopsign. i had good brakes and new snow tires. i was still about twelve feet short of it when i let the bike drop and stepped back. the sign was well ahead of me.
i definitely had every intention of running it, but i never got the chance. on the other hand, dude never did hit his brakes until he got yelled at for driving on his phone. brakelights came on about halfway through the intersection. like i said; "I restrict myself to acting only when the other party is both behaving wrongly and wanting to fight."
