I fully admit that I'm no angel either - I have the temper from hell and can be rather short-sighted when it comes to someone dissing my mates. Anyone caught on the sharp side of my tongue can expect a stream of vitriol that they won't recover from for a long time. But I try to impose limits on my behaviour and normally succeed fairly well...I think!

Whichever you do, make sure you do take one of those two choices. Bothering with people really not worth it is a big mistake. As soon as you cut them out, you'll definitely be happier. (At this moment I also need to take this advice! It can be tough.)

Best of luck though. I've always thought you seemed like a genuine guy, which is no doubt the root of your problems. Don't let people use you again! Take care.
