[ooc: off network is related to Huey-chan / child_radical 's "death".]

[-----off network-----]
Onee-san... I miss you... a lot, especially after that day where I thought you had never died...

[clutches head]

Why do I feel you here? How Are you here to torture me and my sister's memory further?

[drops to his knees, clutching his head even harder]

NO!

[a ripple of energy passes around Tsurugi's body, a grey shell appears around his body. This new body looks Scorpion-like... This entity looks around and speeds off towards the top of Building 1's Roof... and an unsuspecting Huey]
[------end off network------]

The City seems a bit off lately... that begs the question of how can the City be really off, when it's always 10 levels of strange...

I've spent a good time wandering its paths and boulevards lately to get a better feel of the City's landscape as a whole... and I've come across a great deal of graffiti on the sides of buildings... and some even on the sidewalks of the city.

"Down with the Deities!", "The Curses are a ploy at our souls!", "Return us home!"

Those are some of the more pleasant of the messages... lot of them are very hateful. I don't necessarily disagree with them, especially after that letter from my sister but they act like the deities are the root of the problem. While I do think that the Deities have a certain level of control, I almost question our roles here being beyond them.

I knew I should have paid more attention to my philosophy tutors, and less time on learning to conquer the battlefield which is sports. Maybe philosophy would have helped me stand on top of everything quicker... and understand this place.
