I swear this has got to be the most snow-filled winter in a long time. I can't remember the last time we had so much. Some of the snow banks are almost as tall as I am, it's crazy. And we got another 5 inches today and I think we're slated for snow on Thursday (another few inches) and I can't remember if we're supposed to get some tomorrow ( Read more... )

I know I'm absolutely grinning after reading the Tsarina of Tsock's post about her righteous muggle. I grinned, I chuckled and went 'Aaaaw' because it's adorable. Well, maybe non-knitters won't get the adorable-ness but to a knitter it's cute. And based on the comments many a knitter wishes she too could have a righteous muggle.

We're supposed to get a lot of it.

We'll see just how bad it gets. Now excuse me while I cought myself to death.

Heath Ledger was found dead today. Who'd have thunk? Saw it posted on one of the message boards I frequent and i was all "Huh? No...no, that can't be right" and immediately went to google it. Alright, if there are really 6,665 people waiting for invites to Ravelry...and they're sending out between 500-800 invites a day...and we calculate the minimum amount of invites possible (500) it'll take approximately 13 days for me to get my invite since I'm at the tail end of that 6,665 people (even though I put my name on the list a few days ago ( Read more... )

Alright, so my neck is feeling better, still hurts if I turn it too quickly but it's getting better and that is the important thing, especially with a birthday dinner to attend Saturday and a Stitch n' Bitch to go to Sunday.
