Why does being feared upset you so, I wonder? Do you ever think that you give others opinions of you too much weight? Regardless of your position on the Patrol, in the end... so long as you are happy with who you are, that is all that should matter. Other people cannot honestly validate you or your existence.
It has nothing to do with worrying and everything to do with respect. Not that I expect you to understand that... which is why I won't bother explaining it. Just stay away.
