so i've started drinking tea since i dont do coffee and it's good to have a warm beverage in the cold mornings, and apparently if you're asian you're supposed to be a tea expert. so i make my green tea which is low in caffeine and has a lot of antioxidants, and i put it in my somewhat sturdy ikea coffee mug and i let it cool a little and i take a ( Read more... )
