I just watched the video about the guy (Nick Berg) getting decapitated by the AL QUEDA. I couldn't stop crying and I felt like I was going to puke. I don't understand why they choose him, he went over to Iraq to help them out. He was a contracter assigned to help rebuild. Life sucks right now. Sometimes it just seems like everything is falling down around you and no matter how fucking hard you try you can't do anything to fix it. Me and muh boo seen The Girl Nextdoor lastnight. It was pretty good, some nice t&a goin' on. We got back to his house around 2.5 a.m. and since the fog was blinding me I stayed there.

I woke up at like, ohh... 9 a.m. to go to yoga class and be tired as a mofo. Class was so hard. Doing Chaturanga about 50 times killed my arms:
