However, no one here does know anything about me except the subtle blurbs i've let out in writing, masked by fiction, or scenes in acting, I am anonymous. But I'm no different, I'm still just ( Read more... )

This entry reads all too familiar to what I feel. How can I walk in from audition to audition, accept it when they tear me down and then simply piece my self back together again, yet when it comes to reaching out a hand for a potential friendship or relationship, I shy away, wanting nothing to do with it. My anxiety rules me completely, I struggle immensly in social situations, and I've come to realize when I'm on stage, I know who to be, my characrer is clearly defined, worked on. But myself, who I am, is constantly changing. And whenever I think I have a solid grip on myself, something comes along to completely alter what it is I feel.

I'm sorry hun, but I do know how you feel somewhat...I cannot explain why ths happens, except for the fact that when it comes to members of the opposite sex...well life becomes a complete mystery. Sometimes I almost feel, when I'm around a guy that I am attracted to, that he can see right through me to what I really am...and well I like to keep that secret...a part of me. Anyway, maybe that offered some new ideas to think about, I dunno. Anyway, I do know how you feel, hun. Keep your chin up.
