my earring got infected too (two summers ago).. I think that's because when I went to camp I didn't clean it and I was playing volleyball 3 times a day and getting all sweaty.. sorry for that lovely image. but yeah, clean it and let it heal, you can always get it repierced once it's fully healed. that's what I'm doing.. or you can even get it on the other side instead. don't worry sydneeeeee =)
