My days at the hospital are quite sad at the moment. I'm at the cancer section and it really gets me being among such sick people and their families. Sometimes I feel so helpless it's unreal! But in one way I think it's good for me. It helps me grow as a person doing what I can to help them. I

Hello,

I reference to your question about eggs...I, too, can easily eat 6 eggs a day! I usually eat them boiled. The internet gives widely varying caloric and nutrition counts for eggs. I just always round up with calories and figure 100 calories per egg. Egg yolks I don't think really count as anything at all. The notion that eggs are bad for you and you can only eat like three a week is very controversial. Many smart people don't buy that. They do have cholesterol and fat I guess but it is the good kind. Anyway, just wanted to comment since I noticed on the site you mentioned 6 eggs a day and I thought, Wow! Another me! By the way I eat them plain. At the wildest if I'm at home and want to get crazy I'll put a dab of yellow mustard on them. Or like pop out the yolks and smush them up with the mustard and make a whole plate of "deviled eggs"! I love how I can carry boiled eggs with me and eat anytime. I wishing you the best of luck. And if I may say so, God Bless you for being kind to the hospital people.

Hi there!

I can only guess it's okay to eat that amount of eggs since I almost never eat junkfood or anything really unhealthy in general. I'm scared of everything fried and junk you see! Basically the fat I consume comes from the eggs.

Anyway, thanks for your reply:)
