You know, it may seem harsh, but I think castration should be made legal in the good ole US of A. There are some people who should have been drastically chopped at birth to prevent reproduction issues later in life. (perhaps removal of *both* heads at birth would be even better.....) My horse is dying I think. He went down tonight and it took forever to get him back up and not much later he went down again.
