Tonight my world lit class went to our professor's house for dinner and he showed us, among other things, the picture of a dancing man that Charles Bukowski drew for his wife one time when she was sad. He is unequivocally cool

Meh, well, I'm pretty sad too. Most of the time I don't have time for a social life anyway though, so uh ... it's generally okay, I guess?

I haven't gotten your letter yet, but I'm impatiently waiting for it to come. Then you'll be getting another one shortly.

In film studies we're watching Duck Soup, that old Marx Brother's film. If you're ever having a bad day, you should try to find it and watch it because it's brilliant and hilarious and absolutely wonderful.
