Occasionally I like to have my Stick of Hate (plus a few pounds) self look at the current US political climate and take notes. Here are just some...
Note for those who don't know me: I am an American citizen who votes. You know, just in case you think I'm canadian and should shut the fuck up based on that notion.

You know, I actually would modify this one, were it me. One has every right to bring a firearm to a place where doing so doesn't contravene local statute. (Bar, courthouse, etc.) If one isn't brandishing, behaving irresponsibly/aggressively, etc, then you know what, go right ahead; no skin off my nose if you choose to own and/or carry a firearm openly if such is legal.
However, the second you start complaining about suppression and oppression and Hitler and gun-grabbers and whatnot when you've suddenly made a few very... "Observant" friends in dark suits and sunglasses who are seemingly very interested in your every move? Ima hit you in the head with a weighted fish if such things is physically possible, 'cause you just proved that you're incapable of "if A, then likely B".

Besides, anyone who thinks that by having an AR-15 at a rally is going to intimidate trained police officers and soldiers are deluded. Then again, they're trying to intimidate "godless liberals", really.

That is a might fine list. I think you covered all the bases, but will have to ponder further to see if I can come up with anything to add.
Hmmm...perhaps something about those who are dirt poor, live in a ghetto trailer park, never got past an 8th grade edumacation, send their 6-12 kids to school hungry every day, yet still believe they have the right to tell others what to do about birth control choices?

That credit goes to the
*drum roll*
Afghan Mujahadeen, including Osama Bin Laden, how's that for Irony?
(The Afghan war financially crippled the U.S.S.R. Yes, we funded them in a huge way, but they were the ones fighting, scheming, plotting, drinking Afghan water and living in caves)

Anyway, excellent point, sir. More reason as to why you rule. Plus, we should totally hang when I'm in Seattle for PAX.
