Everyone has things they always do on Memorial Day weekend.  Mine is the GottaGetGon Folk Festival.  Most of y'all have heard me talk about this... but for once I'm remembering to put the info up in time that you could decide to come check it out if you want to!  It's a lovely, mellow little festival.  Four paid performer acts doing concerts and

I guess it's about time I got into menu planning mode. ;-)

For those who might be interested, I serve food for both meat-eaters and vegetarians for lunch and dinner both Saturday and Sunday. At lunch time, I provide a big pot of hot soup -- bring your own sandwiches if you want them. It's a huge co-op effort, and those who come for any of the dinners are urged to provide a pot-luck contribution of an appetizer, salad, or dessert. Everyone provides their own beverages, although I do maintain a coffee pot and provide tea water.
