Ugh, this was perfect. Sam and Sonia are adorable and they're amazing because they're so much like their parents. And the relationship between Cara and Dahlia is also sweet and grandma Shota is hilarious. Also, I like how this story is still bittersweet.

I love those two so much, they don't even try to be like Cara and Kahlan and they are like Cara and Kahlan. They're just so squishable and loveable and adorable.

XD Grandma!Shota will forever be stuck in my head, bringing cookies and attempting to scare little children - but failing miserably by giving them presents.

Just finish reading up on this update as well as the first. And you are so good at this. Now we know that Sam is capable of the breath of life, and if given the chance will he use it.(no shovel please!) And Shota as a grandma, wow. That did catch me off guard but in a good way. And Kahlan, you should be jealous. You allow doubt to become an issue in your relationship. Not only is someone else tasting your fruit, but it looks good on their lips. This should have been your happiness. But now all she can do is watch. And lastly if there is a second chance, I hope she grab it as well as Richard's neck. Because they don't come often. So until your next update I'll be waiting.

He really likes his shovel, I think it'll be his favorite weapon one day *hinthint*, but yes, he can do the BoL. XD

Now just picture her popping in an out spoiling the little children with sweets while Dahlia is all "NOT BEFORE DINNER!"

I know right? Dahlia's all kinds of epic house-wife-Mord'Sith... I can't even at how perfect that worked out, Kahlan definitely has competition with a memory should she get a second chance.

This is definantely one of those rare, rare chance, and I think she's going to jump on it.

Bahahaha...oh, Cara, I love you and your parenting philosophies.

This part was angsty, but the "OMG how so cute bbs?" made up for it. They're just such a sweet family together, but it hurts cause it should be Kahlan doing all those things with them, not Dahlia:(

*gives Kahlan a stern glare before snuggling more*

I have no idea how the hell they're so cute, I swear - they just write themselves. I just hand over the laptop and let them go at it.

Gotta admit though ;) Dahlia does make a lovely Mord'Sith-housewife.

Don't worry - he'll get his comeuppance.
