Where's MY Christmas Break?
Can I be like the groundhog? Declare six more weeks of winter and crawl back into my warm cave to sleep? I love winter - don't get me wrong. So. Very. Tired.
Life's been good, but exhausting. Too much christmas crafting (although the gifts given out thus far were wildly successful and beloved!), too much 3 year old drama, too much shipping and billing, too much time and angst and hunger in my head (and elsewhere). How interesting...
Really, what's most interesting, I think, is how we read the parts we want to see so much more clearly than the rest.
For example, I look at this and see hope, expectation, bright promises. nothing is as it seems when it comes to relationships. sleep, and dreams. madness, and poetry. primal feelings, trust your intuition through emotional trials. ( Read more... ) -
sharing the excess
Between my sister, my niece and I we have enough baby stuff to open a nursery, I swear. Since our girls are all different ages, we pass things along a lot, but there's still toya and things that aren't being used. I could just take them to Goodwill or freecycle them, but I'd really like them to go to a family that just doesn't have a lot. Anyone ( Read more... )
